摘要
为实现选矿厂破碎生产流程中皮带布料小车的智能控制,达到减员增效、降低劳动强度,提高生产效率的目的,通过升级常规碎矿流程的控制技术,在原有的控制系统的基础上,针对智能布料优化控制系统功能,开发了相应的控制算法和优化控制系统。通过工业试验验证表明,系统投用效果稳定,有效投用率达到90%,成功实现了破碎流程智能布料生产的智能控制。该系统的投用不仅降低了工人劳动强度,保证了生产安全,提高了生产效率,还为下一步进行常规流程的全面智能化控制打下了基础。
In order to realize the intelligent control of the belt distributing trolleys in the crushing production process of Concentrator,achieve the purpose of reducing staff,increasing efficiency,reducing labor intensity and improving production efficiency,by upgrading the control technology of the conventional crushing process,based on the original control system,the corresponding control algorithm and optimized control system have been developed for the functions of the intelligent distribution control system.Industrial test results show that the system has a stable commissioning effect,with an average effective commissioning rate of 90%,which successfully realizes the intelligent control of the intelligent cloth production in the crushing process.The commissioning of the system not only reduces the labor intensity of workers,ensures production safety,improves production efficiency,but also lays a foundation for the next step of comprehensive intelligent control of conventional processes.
