铜精矿预干燥工艺中尾气指标的优化

摘要 2020年,江铜贵溪冶炼厂提出“打造绿色发展样板先行者、主要污染物排放优于国标50%”的号召。贵冶分别于2015年、2016年完成了铜精矿预干燥天然气热风炉替代燃煤热风炉的升级改造,通过近5年的生产运行,SO_(2)浓度较燃煤热风炉有着显著的下降,排放尾气中SO_(2)浓度均值始终优于国标(400mg/Nm^(3))50%,但尾气中SO_(2)浓度仍然存在较大波动,与工厂实现“打造绿色发展样板先行者、主要污染物排放优于国标50%”的目标理念不符。为此,车间积极响应工厂号召,通过对铜精矿预干燥天然气热风炉燃烧器的改进,进一步优化了尾气排放指标,严格控制了SO_(2)浓度5分钟内平均值<100mg/Nm^(3)^([1])。 In 2020,a call of“To build a green development model pioneer,the major pollutant emission is 50%better than the national standard”was proposed by Jiangxi Copper Guixi Smelter.The upgrading transformation of natural gas hot-blast stove to replace coal-fired hot-blast stove were completed in material preparation workshop of Guixi Smelter respectively in 2015 and 2016.After nearly 5 years of operation,the concentration of SO_(2) decreased significantly compared with coal-fired hot-blast stove,the average concentration of SO_(2) in the tail gas is always 50%higher than that in the National Standard(400mg/Nm^(3)),but the concentration of SO_(2) in the tail gas still fluctuates greatly,which is not consistent with the goal of"making a green development model as a pioneer and major pollutants discharge is 50%higher than that in the national standard".Therefore,the material preparation workshop of Guixi Smelter responded positively,through improving the burner of natural gas hot-blast stove,further optimized the tail gas emission index,strictly controlled the SO_(2) concentration within 5 minutes the average value does not exceed 100mg/Nm^(3).
