摘要 针对连铸连轧精密铜管生产线空压机的运行现状进行分析,结合精密铜管包装使用的木制品除湿、取暖、烘干的工业实际,研究了空压机热能回收原理,创新运用于包装材料烘干系统,余热取代电加热除湿,实现节能降耗和降低空压机油温的目的,保障空压机正常运行,为铜加工生产的能源管理奠定了良好的基础。 In this paper,the operation situation of air compressor used in the continuous casting and rolling precision copper tube production line is analyzed,combined with the industrial practice of dehumidification,heating and drying of wood products used for precision copper tube packaging,air compressor heat recovery principle is studied.The innovation in packaging material drying system,heat instead of electric heating desiccant,the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption and reducing the air compressor oil temperature are achieved,the normal operation of air compressor is ensured,which lays a good foundation for energy management of copper processing production.
