摘要
目前贵溪冶炼厂生产中仍有部分余热未能被有效利用,通过余热回收工艺改造,以工艺生产相衔接的方式,在不对生产造成影响的前提下,将空压机余热与转炉水套余热中部分余热进行有效回收,不仅减少了能源的浪费,给工厂节约了一定的经济成本,并且对于环保也提供了有力的支持。
At present,there is still some waste heat in the production of Guixi Smelter that has not been effectively used.Through the transformation of waste heat recovery technology,the waste heat of the air compressor and the waste heat of the converter water jacket are combined with the process and production without affecting the production.The effective recovery of the middle part of the waste heat not only reduces the waste of energy,but also saves a certain economic cost for the factory,and also provides strong support for environmental protection.
