基于DEA模型的农业生产效率评价

Evaluation of Agricultural Production Efficiency Based on DEA Model

为研究陕南地区农业生产效率,以陕南地区商洛、安康和汉中3个地区为研究对象,基于2009~2018年相关数据,运用DEA-BCC模型,对农业生产效率进行评价和冗余量分析,对比陕南地区不同区域农业生产效率间的差异。结果表明,2009~2018年陕南地区农业生产水平处于不断上升趋势,但资源浪费严重,尤其是农用机械总动力和化肥施用量;各区域农业生产水平存在不平衡、不稳定现象,安康市农业生产效率低于商洛、汉中,且忽高忽低。提出提高陕南农业生产效率相关建议。

In order to study the region agricultural production efficiency in southern shaanxi,this paper take ankang and shangluo hanzhong three regions as the research object,based on the related data from 2009 to 2018,using DEA-BCC model to evaluate the efficiency of agricultural production and redundancy analy‐sis,contrasted the differences between different regions of agricultural production efficiency insouthern shaanxi.The results showed that from 2009 to 2018,the agricultural production level in southern shaanxi is on the rising trend,but there is a serious waste of resources,especially the total power of agricultural ma‐chinery and the waste of fertilizer application amount;There is imbalance and instability in the agricultural production level in various regions.The agricultural production efficiency of Ankang is lower than that of Shangluo and Hanzhong,and the agricultural production efficiency of Ankang fluctuates from high to low.On this basis,some suggestions were put forward to improve the agricultural production efficiency in south‐ern Shaanxi.
