社会工作介入农业产业扶贫研究

Research on Social Work Intervention in Poverty Alleviation of Agricultural Industry

在乡村振兴和精准扶贫的背景下,农业产业扶贫对助力农村地区经济发展,提高农村特困人口发展能力具有重要意义。贫困地区依旧存在农业特色产业优势不明显,发展质量不高;部分贫困群体参与意愿不高、能力不足;缺乏新型经营主体带动产业发展;农村青壮年外出务工,农业产业扶贫缺乏劳动力等问题。通过分析社会工作介入农业产业扶贫的优势,试图将社会工作专业方法运用到农业产业扶贫中,推动干部群众应用社会工作专业理念、知识和方法开展农业产业扶贫工作。

Under the background of rural revitalization and targeted poverty alleviation policy,poverty alle‐viation in agricultural industry is of great significance to help rural economic development and improve the development ability of rural poverty-stricken population.Although the government has invested much funds in the poverty alleviation of agricultural industry,there are still some problems in the poverty-stricken areas,such as the advantages of agricultural characteristic industries are not obvious,the development quality is not high,some poor groups are not willing to participate in and lack of ability,the lack of new business enti‐ties to drive the industrial development,the rural young people go out to work,the agricultural industry pov‐erty alleviation lacks labor force and so on.This paper attempts to apply the professional methods of social work to the poverty alleviation of agricultural industry,promote the cadres and masses to apply the profes‐sional ideas,knowledge and methods of social work to carry out the work of poverty alleviation in agricultural industry and analyzed the advantages of social work involved in agricultural industry poverty alleviation.
