人口老龄化背景下农村养老困境及对策

The Plight and Countermeasure of Rural Old-Age Care Under the Background of Aging Population

21世纪以来,中国已逐渐进入老龄化社会,随着城镇化的发展,农村人口大量外流导致农村家庭养老功能逐渐式微。农村养老面临家庭养老经济压力大、养老观念落后、社会养老服务认可度低、养老服务质量差、养护专业人才匮乏和社会养老体系不完善、养老保障供需失衡等问题,针对以上问题本文从提高农民经济收入、转变传统养老观念、提高农村养老服务质量、大力培育养护专业人才和完善社会养老服务体系等几方面提出相对应的农村养老困境破解建议。

China has gradually entered the aging society,with the development of urbanization,a large num‐ber of rural population outflow led to rural families gradually micro-function of old-age care.China's rural old-age pension is faced with the problems of large economic pressure of family old-age pension,backward concept of old-age pension,low recognition of social old-age service,poor service quality of old-age care,lack of maintenance professionals and imperfect social old-age system,imbalance between supply and de‐mand of old-age security.According to these,some suggestions were put forward such as improving rural in‐come and old-age service quality,changing traditional old-age care idea,cultivating old-age care talents and completing social old-age care system.
