我国环境监测机构能力建设的探讨

Discussion on Capacity Building of Environmental Monitoring Institutions in China

分析我国环境监测机构能力建设现状和存在的主要问题,从监测经费、监测用房、仪器设备配置、人员等方面提出了加强环境监测机构能力建设的建议,以期从整体上提升我国环境监测机构能力水平,更好地为环境管理部门服务。

This paper analyzed the current situation and main problems of the capacity building of environ‐mental monitoring institutions in China,and put forward some suggestions on strengthening the capacity building of environmental monitoring institutions from the aspects of monitoring funds,monitoring rooms,equipment configuration and personnel,so as to improve the capacity level of environmental monitoring in‐stitutions in China as a whole and better serve the environmental management department.
