随访24位5~13岁双眼或单眼近视儿童,他们平均基线右、左眼轴长分别是(24.38±1.9)mm和(24.33±0.99)mm;且在同一个医院接受连续2至7个月低能量二极管红色激光治疗。结果显示低能量红色二极管激光治疗显著缩短了很少量的眼轴:右眼和左眼治疗后末次随访的平均眼轴分别为(24.27±1.4)mm(右眼眼轴平均缩短0.11 mm)和(24.21±0.99)mm(左眼眼轴平均缩短0.12 mm)。左右眼差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.0001,p=0.001,t-test)。85%的患者右眼眼轴缩短;75%左眼眼轴缩短。与公开发表的近视防控眼轴的其他措施相比,本研究使用的低能量红激光重复2个月或以上治疗儿童青少年双眼或单眼近视,大部分的双眼轴显著缩短(>74%)。
Twenty-four myopia,5 to 13 years old,were included in the study.Their mean baseline right and left axis length was(24.38±1.19)mm,and(24.33±0.99)mm,respectively.All subjects received consecutive months'repeated treatment with low-intensity laser light with follow-ups at least twice with IOLmaster 500 measurements both at baseline and latest follow-up.The axis length difference between baseline and follow-up,right and left eyes,two brands devices,were all analyzed by SPSS 26.0,respectively.The result demonstrated that axial length was significantly shortened with the ratio 85%for the right,and 75%for the left,as well as with statistical significance(P<0.0001,P=0.001,paired t-test,respectively).The average axial length of the right eye and the left eye was shortened to(24.27±1.14)mm(mean 0.11 mm difference from baseline)and(24.21±0.99)(mean 0.12 mm shorten amount).Compared with most previously published axial length change documents in myopia control,this study confirmed that low-intensity laser light therapy would significantly control myopic axial length in children and adolescents,both right and left eyes simutaneously,and>74%samples.
