基于全面护理的针对性干预对妊娠高血压综合征产妇不良情绪及围生结局的影响

Research on the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on pregnant women with hypertension disorder and perinatal outcome

目的探讨基于全面护理的针对性干预对妊娠高血压综合征产妇不良情绪及围生结局的影响。方法选择赣州市赣县区人民医院2018年12月—2020年11月间收治的96例妊娠高血压综合征产妇为研究对象,按照入院号奇偶性分为2组,即对照组(n=48)与全面护理组(n=48)。对照组产妇接受常规护理,全面护理组产妇实施基于全面护理的针对性干预,统计2组产妇干预前后的心理状态评分、疾病相关知识掌握程度评分以及围生结局。结果与对照组相比,全面护理组干预后的焦虑、抑郁评分更低(P<0.05),且全面护理组干预后的疾病相关知识掌握程度评分明显更高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,全面护理组干预后新生儿窒息、胎盘早剥、产后出血等的发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论妊娠高血压综合征产妇实施基于全面护理的针对性干预,可以有效改善不良情绪,加强对疾病知识的了解程度,对改善围生结局也有积极意义,临床价值显著。

Objective To investigate the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on pregnant women with hypertension disorder and perinatal outcome.Methods 96 pregnant women admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to November 2020 were randomly divided into two groups according to the parity rate of pregnant women's pregnancy,namely the control group(n=48)and the comprehensive care group(n=48).Pregnant women in the control group received routine in-hospital nursing,and targeted intervention was carried out for pregnant women in the comprehensive nursing group based on comprehensive nursing.The scores of psychological state,disease-related knowledge and perinatal outcomes of the two groups of pregnant women after intervention were calculated.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of anxiety and depression in the comprehensive care group were lower(P<0.05).The scores of disease-related knowledge after intervention in the comprehensive care group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of neonatal asphyxia,placental abruption and postpartum hemorrhage after intervention was lower in the comprehensive care group(P<0.05).Conclusion For pregnant women with hypertension,from the concept of comprehensive care,the implementation of targeted intervention for patients can effectively improve the patients'bad mood.Effectively strengthening patients'understanding of disease knowledge is also of positive significance for improving patients'perinatal outcomes,with significant clinical value.
