延伸护理对院外泌尿造口合并糖尿病患者的效果评价

Effect evaluation of extended nursing on patients with diabetes mellitus and urinary stoma outside hospital

目的探讨延伸护理对院外泌尿造口合并糖尿病患者的效果。方法纳入2020年10月—2021年3月宜春市人民医院接诊的60例患者作为本次研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组30例。对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者予常规+延伸护理,观察2组ESCA评分、术后血糖控制情况、并发症、疼痛评分。结果观察组干预后ESCA评分高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组干预后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组干预后疼痛评分低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论延伸护理对院外泌尿造口合并糖尿病患者的效果较好,可以改善ESCA评分,较好地控制血糖情况,减少术后并发症发生,减轻患者的疼痛状况。

Objective To explore the effect of extended nursing on patients with diabetes mellitus after urology outside hospital.Methods 60 patients received from October 2020 to March 2021 were included as the research object.According to the random digital table control method,it was divided into two groups,each group 30 cases.The control group had no extended nursing treatment for the routine life style.The observation group patients'routine life mode+extended nursing treatment.The results showed that the score of ESCA,blood glucose control,complications and pain were observed.Results The ESCA score of the observation group after intervention was higher than that before intervention and that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);The levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group after intervention were lower than those before intervention and those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);After the intervention,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that before the intervention and the control group,and the difference between the data was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of extended nursing on patients with diabetes mellitus after urinary stoma surgery is good,which can improve the ESCA score of patients,better control the blood glucose of patients,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications and relieve the pain of patients.
