临床护理路径模式在胆囊切除术患者中的应用分析

目的探讨临床护理路径模式在胆囊切除患者中的应用效果。方法选择2019年6月—2020年4月于宜丰县人民医院择期行胆囊切除术的患者60例,按随机数字表法分为2组,各30例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组实施临床护理路径模式,对比2组胃肠功能恢复时间与护理满意度。结果观察组肠鸣音恢复、排气、排便时间短于对照组;观察组护理总满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径模式能够促进胆囊切除术患者术后胃肠功能早期恢复,提高护理满意度。

Objective Purpose To explore the effect of clinical nursing path model on patients with cholecystectomy.Methods Sixty patients who underwent elective cholecystectomy in our hospital from June 2019 to April 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing and the observation group was treated with clinical nursing path mode.Gastrointestinal function recovery and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of intestinal sounds,exhaust and defecation in observation group were shorter than those in control group.The overall nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(73.33%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing path model can promote the early recovery of gastrointestinal function after cholecystectomy and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
