过渡期护理模式对腹膜透析患者疾病知识掌握度的影响研究

Study on the influence of transitional nursing mode on the mastery of disease knowledge of peritoneal dialysis patients

目的研究腹膜透析患者实施过渡期护理模式对其疾病知识掌握度的影响。方法随机选取68例于都县人民医院2019年3月—2021年3月间收治的腹膜透析患者为调查对象,遵循患者首次透析月份的单双分为参照组(n=34)与过渡期组(n=34)。参照组施予基础护理,过渡期组实施过渡期护理模式,统计2组干预后的疾病知识掌握度、自我管理行为评分、生活质量评分。结果参照组干预后的疾病知识掌握度为79.41%,显著低于过渡期组的94.12%(P<0.05)。相较于参照组,过渡期组干预后自我管理行为评分、生活质量评分更高(P<0.05)。结论对腹膜透析患者实施过渡期护理模式,能够加深其对疾病、透析知识的了解,提升自我管理意识、能力,进而提高生活质量,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To study the effect of transitional nursing mode on the mastery of disease knowledge for peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods 68 cases of peritoneal dialysis patients in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were randomly selected and divided into two groups,namely reference group(n=34)and transition group(n=34).The reference group was given basic nursing,and the transitional group was given transitional nursing.The mastery of disease knowledge,self-management behavior score and quality of life score of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The mastery of disease knowledge in the reference group was 79.41%,which was significantly higher than that in the transition group(94.12%)(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the scores of self-management behavior and quality of life in the transition group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of transitional nursing mode for peritoneal dialysis patients can deepen the understanding of disease and dialysis knowledge.It has significant clinical value to improve their self-management awareness and ability,and then improve their quality of life.
