心理健康教育对中重度晚期癌痛患者治疗依从性和生活质量的影响

Effect of mental health education on treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with moderate to severe advanced cancer pain

目的探讨心理健康教育对中重度晚期癌痛患者治疗依从性和生活质量的影响。方法选择2020年3月—2021年3月在芦溪县人民医院住院治疗的中重度晚期癌痛患者60例为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组各30例。干预组接受心理健康教育干预,对照组患者接受一般的健康宣教,观察2组癌痛控制有效情况、依从性、生活质量评分。结果干预组癌痛控制总有效率为83.33%,高于对照组的50.00%,差异显著(P<0.05);干预组总依从率为96.67%,高于对照组的63.33%,差异显著(P<0.05);干预组干预后生活质量评分高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论心理健康教育对中重度晚期癌痛患者治疗依从性和生活质量有着积极的影响,可以改善其癌痛情况,提高治疗依从性,进一步提升患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of mental health education on treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with moderate to severe advanced cancer pain.Methods From March 2020 to March 2021,60 patients with moderate to severe advanced cancer pain in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the intervention group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The intervention group received mental health education intervention,and the control group received general health education.The effective control of cancer pain,compliance and quality of life were observed.Results The total effective rate of cancer pain control in the observation group was 83.33%,which was higher than that of the control group(50.00%),and the difference between the data was significant(P<0.05);The total compliance rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 63.33% of the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life score of the observation group after intervention was higher than that before intervention,and the difference between the data was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mental health education has a positive impact on the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with moderate to severe advanced cancer pain,which can improve the cancer pain,treatment compliance and quality of life of patients.
