摘要
学历继续教育是我国终身教育体系的重要组成部分,是社会个体接受学校教育后的一种"追加"教育。社会个体"内生"的阶层跨越、身份重塑的期许与"外在"的学历内卷、功利导向的社会现状,使学历继续教育在"夹缝"中生存发展。新时代的学历继续教育需要服务于经济社会的发展,坚持教育共享、质量同化、发展同化、待遇同化的"一享三化"的发展方向。同时,学历继续教育需要通过提升教育质量,纠正社会对学历继续教育的思想认知,着力解决社会低学历技术型人员的刚性需求,摆脱"从属教育"的尴尬处境,才能使学历继续教育更好地服务于新时代经济社会的发展。
Academic Continuing education is an important part of the lifelong education system in China, which is a kind of "additional" education after social individuals receive school education. The "endogenous" class span of social individuals, the expectation of identity reconstruction, the "external" academic record and the utilitarian orientation of social status make the academic continuing education survive and develop in the "crack". Continuing education for academic qualifications in the new era needs to serve the development of economy and society, and adhere to the development direction of "one for three" of education sharing, quality assimilation, development assimilation and treatment assimilation. At the same time, continuing education with academic qualifications needs to improve the quality of education, correct the society’s ideological cognition of continuing education with academic qualifications, focus on solving the rigid demand of technical personnel with low academic qualifications in the society, and get rid of the awkward situation of "subordinate education", so as to make continuing education with academic qualifications better serve the development of economic society in the new era.
