摘要
高校教师继续教育是高校服务国家发展战略、构建终身教育体系的重要组成部分,也是加快重塑"双师型"教师、创建学习型高校的重要途径,它既体现了高校教师终身教育活动的内在要求,也契合了新时代社会发展对高校教师提升综合素质的必然趋势。本文通过对后疫情时代高校教师继续教育现状的理性分析,提出搭建教师自修网络平台,深化"无接触型"继续教育;适当拓宽教师社会实践渠道,探寻"重锤炼型"继续教育;加大教师校本培训力度,探寻"强实用型"继续教育等三个实施高校教师继续教育发展战略的实现路径。同时提出建立和完善高校教师继续教育管理制度体系以强化制度引领、激励制度体系以强化制度引导、监督制度体系以强化制度引航等实施策略,通过制度保障的刚性约束作用,达到促成高校高质量开展教师继续教育活动的效果。
As an important component for colleges and universities to serve national development strategy and build lifelong education system, continuing education for university teachers is an important approach to accelerate the remodeling of "double-qualified" teachers and establish learning-oriented universities. Therefore, through a rational analysis of the current situation of continuing education for university teachers in the post-epidemic era, the self-study network platform for college and university teachers is rebuilt, "non-contact" continuing education is deepened and the social practice of teachers is properly widened. In the meantime, three means which include exploring "practice-intensified type" continuing education, concentrating on campus-based education and probing "highly practical" continuing education, have been utilized to achieve college and university teachers continuing education development strategy. It not only reflects the intrinsic requirements of the lifelong education activities of college teachers, but also conforms to the inevitable trend of the social development in the new era to improve the comprehensive quality of college teachers. Simultaneously, new systems are proposed such as establishing and ameliorating the management system of continuing education and strengthening the leading system, conducting incentive system to improve the systematic guidance, and supervising the system to strengthen the systematic pilot so as to achieve the effect of promoting high quality continuing education activities of teachers in colleges and universities through the requisite constraint function of regulation guarantee.
