本科院校教学效果影响因素的实证研究--基于教师教学行为视角 被引量:2

An Empirical Study on the Factors Influencing Teaching Effects in Undergraduate Universities——Based on Teachers’Teaching Behaviors

摘要 高校教师教学行为是对课堂教学效果影响最大的因素之一。根据本科生评价教师教学行为的调查数据,运用因子分析和二值响应模型进行实证研究,结果表明:教师课堂准备、教学方法、教师责任心和职业道德等方面的行为是直接影响课堂教学效果的重要因素;外貌、仪表、与学生的关系等会间接对教学效果产生一定影响。为了更好地提高本科院校课堂教学效果,高校教务管理部门应在综合考虑影响教学效果的各种教学行为及影响程度的基础上,完善教师教学行为管理的政策或措施。 The teaching behaviors of teachers in universities and colleges are one of the most microscopic and the most influential factors on classroom teaching effects.According to the survey data collected from undergraduates evaluating teachers’teaching behaviors,the empirical analysis using factor analysis and binary response model shows that teachers’behaviors related to class preparation,teaching methods,teachers’sense of responsibility,and professional ethics are the most important factors that directly influence the classroom teaching effects;appearance and relationship with the students also have a certain indirect influence on the teaching effects.In order to improve the classroom teaching effects in undergraduate universities,each university’s educational administration department should proceed from reality and comprehensively consider the various teaching behaviors that influence the teaching effects and the degree of influence to improve the policies or measures for teachers’teaching behavior management.
