高校篮球课程比赛教学法探究

Research on the Competition Teaching Method of Basketball Courses in Colleges

运用文献综述法、逻辑分析法和实验法对比赛教学法在高校篮球课程中的应用效果进行研究,结果表明:比赛教学法在高校篮球课堂拥有激发学生学习兴趣、增强团队意识、提高授课质量、促使学生更好掌握篮球比赛规则等作用;体育教师可以采用以比赛为核心的教学内容设计、开展课堂比赛强化训练、突出教学比赛特点、提高教学比赛的趣味性等措施来开展课堂比赛教学。比赛教学法的主要推进路径包括公平公正的评判、安全运动意识的提高、篮球理论与实践结合、学生竞争意识的培养等。通过比赛教学法对大学生开展篮球教学,可以有效增强学生的身体素质,促进学生的全面发展。

This article uses the literature review method,logical analysis,and the experimentation method to study the effect of applying the competition teaching method in college basketball courses.The results show that the competition teaching method can stimulate students’interest in learning,enhance team awareness,improve the quality of teaching,and encourage students to better master the rules of basketball games.Physical education teachers can adopt measures such as the design of teaching content centered on competitions,intensive training of classroom competitions,highlighting the characteristics of teaching competitions,and improving the fun of teaching competitions to perform classroom competition teaching.The main promotion path of the competition teaching method should be fair and just judgment,the improvement of safe sports awareness,the combination of basketball theory and practice,and the cultivation of students’competition awareness.Conducting basketball teaching through the competition teaching method can effectively enhance the physical quality of the students and promote their all-round development.
