辅助生殖技术中卵母细胞滑面内质网聚集研究进展

摘要 人类辅助生殖技术过程中的促排卵药物会导致卵母细胞胞浆出现多种形态异常。卵母细胞滑面内质网聚集(aggregates of smooth endoplasmic reticulum,SERa)就是胞浆异常的一种,能够影响胚胎质量和临床结局。临床上针对SERa的卵母细胞的处理方法不统一。有健康新生儿出生报道认为丢弃SERa的卵母细胞是一种不谨慎的表现,特别是对于可用卵子数量有限的夫妇,可能增加移植周期取消率,导致受孕机会减低。对于SERa的形成原因,生殖工作者应该继续深入研究其机制,寻找避免SERa形成的干预策略,改善不孕症患者的临床结局。 In the process of human assisted reproductive technology,ovulation-inducing drugs can cause a variety of morphological abnormalities in the cytoplasm of oocytes.Oocyte containing smooth endoplasmic reticulum aggregation(SERa)is a kind of cytoplasmic abnormality,which can affect embryo quality and clinical outcome.Clinically,the treatment for oocytes containing SERa is not uniform.Research reports on the birth of healthy newborns supposed that discarding SERa oocytes is an imprudent manifestation,especially for couples with a limited number of available eggs,which may increase the cancellation rate of the transplant cycle and reduce the chance of conception.Regarding the causes of SERa,reproductive workers should continue to study its mechanism,find intervention strategies to avoid the formation of SERa,and improve the clinical outcome of patients with infertility.
