基础研究领域知识图谱研究前沿的可视化分析

Visual analysis of the frontiers of mapping knowledge domains in the field of basic research

摘要 目的综合分析国家自然科学基金在知识图谱领域资助的项目,探索我国基础研究领域知识图谱研究前沿。方法系统检索国家自然科学基金自1997—2019年立项的"知识图谱"相关项目,提取项目类型、立项时间、负责人及单位信息等,人工提取项目标题所包含的主题词,通过科学计量学研究方法对其进行共现分析,采用VOSViewer软件对研究主题词进行可视化分析。结果共检索到立项项目141项,总资助金额8916.5万元,其中面上项目、联合基金项目、青年科学基金项目是主要资助类型,信息科学部、地球科学部和管理科学部是主要资助学科,研究依托单位以中国科学院,浙江大学和中国人民大学为首,研究主要围绕图谱技术模型、医学应用、图谱构建、人工智能、数据应用共形5个热点研究领域,"云制造、深度学习、强化学习、神经网络、体制、嵌入式、多源数据、多目标协同"为目前研究前沿。在生命医学领域,围绕现代医学、中医学、针灸、体质、图谱技术形成五个研究热点领域,其中"医学、决策模型、群智能、关系推理、图神经网络、知识补全、健康社区、体质、动态"为当前研究前沿。结论目前国家自然科学基金在知识图谱领域资助项目数量波动式上升,资助金额总量变化较大,研究主题丰富度逐渐增加,主要分布在探索系列和人才系列研究,融合系列有明显提升,工具系列研究依旧薄弱,学科交叉型及成果转化型研究有待进一步加强。 Objective To comprehensively analyze the projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)in the field of mapping knowledge domains,and explore the frontiers of mapping knowledge in the field of basic research in China.Methods A systematical search was conducted on the relevant projects of the"mapping knowledge domains"approved by the National Natural Science Foundation of China from 1997 to 2019.A variety of information were extracted,including the project type,the project time,the person in charge and the unit.The subject words contained in the project title were extracted manually,then co-occurrence analysis was conduct on them through scientometric methods.VOSViewer software was used to visually analyze the subject terms of this study.Results A total of 141 projects were retrieved,with a total funding amount of 89.165 million yuan.The main funding types were general projects,joint fund projects and youth science fund projects.The major funding disciplines were the Ministry of Information Science,the Department of Earth Science,and the Department of Management Science.The research support units were led by the Chinese Academy of Sciences,Zhejiang University and Renmin University of China.The research mainly focused on five hot areas of graph technology model,medical application,graph construction,artificial intelligence,and data application of conformal mappings.Cloud Manufacturing,Deep Learning,Reinforcement Learning,Neural Network,Organizational System,Embedded,Multi-source Data,Multi-target Collaboration were the current research frontiers.In the field of life medicine,five research hotspots had been formed around modern medicine,traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,physique,and graph technology.Among them,Medicine,Decision Model,Swarm Intelligence,Relational Reasoning,Graph Neural Networks,Knowledge Graph Completion,Healthy Community,Physique,and Dynamic were the current research frontiers.Conclusion At present,the number of projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China in the field of mapping knowledge domains has fluctuated upwards,the total amount of funding has changed greatly,and the richness of research topics has gradually increased.The topics are mainly distributed in the research of exploration series and the talent series,and the integration series have been significantly improved.The research of the tool series is still weak,and the research of interdisciplinary and achievement transformation needs to be further strengthened.
