摘要
罗伊氏乳杆菌是一种天然寄居在哺乳动物和鸟类肠道的益生菌,在维持动物健康和免疫调节等方面有着重要意义。本课题组大量体内外研究表明,罗伊氏乳杆菌对受损的肠黏膜屏障功能具有修复作用。本文综述了肠黏膜屏障的划分和罗伊氏乳杆菌对各部分屏障功能的调节作用及其机理,为深入认识和科学使用罗伊氏乳杆菌提供依据。
Lactobacillus reuteri is a probiotic that plays an important role in maintaining animal health and immune regulation.A large number of in vivo and in vitro studies in this research group have shown that Lactobacillus reuteri can repair the damaged intestinal mucosal barrier function.This article reviewed the regulation and the mechanism of Lactobacillus reuteri on the four parts of intestinal mucosal barrier,in the aim of providing evidences for further recognition and scientific use of Lactobacillus reuteri.
