摘要
ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸与动物的繁殖性能、免疫调节以及机体代谢之间存在着密切的联系,在动物健康及产品品质等方面发挥着重要作用。本文从ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸在动物体内的合成出发,就ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸对畜禽繁殖性能、免疫功能、糖和脂代谢的影响及其在畜禽生产中的应用进行综述,旨在为ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸在畜禽生产中的应用提供理论参考。
ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids are closely related to the reproductive performance,immune regulation and metabolism of animals,and play an important role in animal health and product quality.Based on the synthesis ofω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in animals,this paper reviewed the effects ofω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in reproductive performance,immune function,metabolism of glucose and lipid and their application in livestock and poultry production,aiming to provide theoretical references for the application ofω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in livestock and poultry production.
