摘要
水飞蓟是一种适应性强、抗旱、耐寒的菊科草本植物,在世界各地均有种植。作为一种药食兼用的经济作物,水飞蓟具有抗氧化、调节免疫、保护肝脏等作用。本文就水飞蓟的生物学功能及其在畜牧业中的应用进行综述,以期为水飞蓟的开发与研究提供理论参考。
Silymarin is a kind of Compositae herb with strong adaptability,drought resistance and cold resistance,which is planted all over the world.As a kind of economic crop for both medicine and food,silymarin has antioxidant,immune regulation,liver protection and other functions.In this paper,the biological function of silymarin and its application in animal husbandry were reviewed,which provided a powerful reference for the development and research of silymarin.
