不同浓度纤维素酶菌剂处理对小麦、青稞和油菜黄贮体外发酵特性的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Different Concentrations of Cellulase Agent Treatment on Fermentation Characteristics of Wheat,Highland Barley and Rape Yellow Storages

摘要 本试验旨在研究不同浓度纤维素酶菌剂处理对小麦、青稞和油菜黄贮体外发酵特性的影响。小麦、青稞和油菜黄贮各分为3个组,分为对照组、添加1×10^(10)CFU/kg纤维素分解菌组(Ⅰ组)和添加2×10^(10)CFU/kg纤维素分解菌组(Ⅱ组),共9个组。结果表明:1)Ⅰ组的小麦和青稞黄贮的感官评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。Ⅰ和Ⅱ组的小麦和青稞黄贮的乳酸、乙酸和丙酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。Ⅱ组的小麦、青稞和油菜黄贮的粗蛋白质含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2)Ⅰ和Ⅱ组的小麦和青稞黄贮的干物质降解率(DMD)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。Ⅰ和Ⅱ组的小麦黄贮的中性洗涤纤维降解率(NDFD)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅰ组的青稞黄贮的NDFD显著高于对照组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。3)Ⅰ和Ⅱ组的小麦和青稞黄贮的总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。Ⅱ组的小麦黄贮的丁酸含量显著低于对照组和Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。4)Ⅰ和Ⅱ组的小麦和青稞黄贮的48 h总产气量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,添加纤维素分解菌可增加小麦、青稞和油菜黄贮的DMD、NDFD和产气量,促进饲料的消化降解,促进黄贮体外发酵,且添加量以2×10^(10)CFU/kg为宜。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different concentrations of cellulase agent treatment on fermentation characteristics of wheat,highland barley and rape yellow storages.The wheat,highland barley and rape yellow storages were divided into 3 groups,which were the control group,adding 1×10^(10)CFU/kg cellulolytic bacteria group(groupⅠ)and adding 2×10^(10)CFU/kg cellulolytic bacteria group(groupⅡ),there were 9 groups.The results showed as follows:1)the sensory score of wheat and highland barley yellow storages of groupⅠwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The contents of lactic acid,acetic acid and propionic acid in wheat and highland barley yellow storages of groupsⅠandⅡwere significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the contents of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The content of crude protein in wheat,highland barley and rape yellow storages was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).2)The dry matter degradation rate(DMD)of wheat and highland barley yellow storages of groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The neutral detergent fiber degradation rate(NDFD)of wheat yellow storage of groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the NDFD of highland barley yellow storage of groupⅠwas significantly higher than that of the control group and groupⅡ(P<0.05).3)The content of total volatile fatty acids(TVFA)in wheat and highland barley yellow storages of groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The content of butyric acid in wheat yellow storage of groupⅡwas significantly lower than that of the control group and groupⅠ(P<0.05).4)The 48 h total gas production of wheat yellow storage of groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding cellulolytic bacteria can increase the DMD,NDFD and gas production of wheat,highland barley and rape yellow storages,and promote the digestion and degradation of feed,promote the in vitro fermentation of yellow storage,and the best addition amount is 2×10^(10)CFU/kg.
