竹酢粉对断奶湖羊生长性能、血液生理生化指标及血清抗氧化和免疫指标的影响 被引量:10

摘要 本试验旨在考察竹酢粉对断奶湖羊生长性能、血液生理生化指标及血清抗氧化和免疫指标的影响。选择体重相近、健康的2月龄断奶湖羊10只,随机分为2组,每组5只,分别饲喂基础饲粮(对照组)和基础饲粮+5%竹酢粉(试验组)。预试期7 d,正试期21 d。结果显示:试验组断奶湖羊的末重、平均日增重与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验组断奶湖羊血液中白细胞数量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),红细胞数量、血红蛋白浓度、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);血液中淀粉酶活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05),天门冬氨基酸转移酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶活性与尿素氮含量低于对照组,甘油三酯、肌酐含量高于对照组,但差异均不显著(P>0.05);此外,血清中白细胞介素-2含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),γ-干扰素含量有高于对照组的趋势(P=0.053)。综上所述,饲粮中添加5%竹酢粉对断奶湖羊的生长性能无显著影响,但可显著或极显著提高其血液中白细胞数量、红细胞数量、血红蛋白浓度和平均红细胞血红蛋白含量,显著降低血液中淀粉酶活性,显著或趋于显著提高血清中白细胞介素-2和γ-干扰素含量,说明5%竹酢粉可整体提高断奶湖羊的抗病力和免疫力。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of bamboo vinegar powder on growth performance,blood physiological and biochemical indexes,and serum antioxidant and immune indexes of weaned Hu sheep.Ten healthy weaned Hu sheep with similar body weight at the age of 2 months were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups with 5 sheep per group,and they were fed a basal diet(control group)and the basal diet+5%bamboo vinegar powder(experimental group),respectively.The pre-feeding period lasted for 7 days,and the formal experiment period lasted for 21 days.The results showed that the differences of final weight and average daily weight gain of weaned Hu sheep in the experimental group were not significant compared with the control group(P>0.05).The blood white blood cell count of weaned Hu sheep in the experimental group was extremely significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the red blood cell count,hemoglobin concentration and mean corpuscular hemoglobin of weaned Hu sheep in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the activity of amylase in blood was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the activities of aspartic acid transferase and alanine aminotransferase and the content of urea nitrogen were lower than those in the control group,and the contents of triglyceride and creatinine were higher than those in the control group,but the differences were not significant(P>0.05);moreover,the interleukin-2 content in serum was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the interferon-γcontent tended to be higher than the control group(P=0.053).Above all,adding 5%bamboo vinegar powder in the weaned Hu sheep diet has no significant effect on the growth performance,but can extremely significantly or significantly increase the blood white blood cell count,red blood cell count,hemoglobin concentration and mean corpuscular hemoglobin,significantly reduce the blood amylase activity,and significantly or tend to increase the serum interleukin-2 and interferon-γcontents.This shows that 5%bamboo vinegar powder can improve the disease resistance and immunity of weaned Hu sheep in the whole.
