摘要
为研究自主开发的ASP-3000型便携式紫外烟气分析仪的环境适应性与稳定性,在实验室和现场分别测试了分析仪的零点飘移和量程飘移,并在实验室测试了示值误差,现场测试还与德国进口的采用红外光谱原理的烟气分析仪进行了比对。测试结果表明,环境温度、湿度从5℃、50%RH变化到45℃、93%RH情况下,SO2、NO的零点飘移最大值分别为0.15μmol/mol和0.04μmol/mol,量程飘移最大值分别为-0.37μmol/mol和-0.87μmol/mol,示值误差最大值分别为0.24μmol/mol和-0.90μmol/mol。在现场温度(35±5)℃、湿度约80%RH情况下连续运行4小时,ASP-3000型便携式紫外烟气分析仪的零点飘移和量程飘移小,进口仪器SO2、NO的零点漂移分别为1.13μmol/mol和-11.9μmol/mol,量程漂移分别为3.7μmol/mol和-15.7μmol/mol。研究结果表明,ASP-3000型便携式紫外烟气分析仪具有良好的环境适应性,仪器性能稳定,完全满足超低排放监测的要求。
In order to study the environmental adaptability and stability of ASP-3000 portable flue gas analyzer based on DOAS method,both zero drift and span drift were tested in lab and spot,together with the indication error in lab.Also the field tests were carried out between ASP-3000 and imported apparatus based on infrared spectrum from German.The lab test results show that,for SO2 and NO respectively,the maximum value of zero drift is 0.15μmol/mol and 0.04μmol/mol,the maximum value of span drift is-0.37μmol/mol and-0.87μmol/mol,the maximum value of the indication error is 0.24μmol/mol and-0.9μmol/mol within the variation of 5℃~45℃and 50%RH~93%RH.The field test results show that zero drift and span drift of ASP-3000 portable flue gas analyzer were barely changed after four hours continuous working at(35±5)℃and 80%RH.In the same condition,zero drift of imported ones is 1.13μmol/mol and-11.9μmol/mol for SO2 and NO respectively.Accordingly span drift is 3.7μmol/mol and-15.7μmol/mol.The above results show that the ASP-3000 portable ultraviolet flue gas analyzer has good performance of environmental adaptability and stability.It can be satisfied with the requirements of ultra-low emission monitoring.
