摘要建党百年,中国共产党建构了绵延厚重、内涵丰富的精神谱系。党的精神谱系既是一种典型的政治符号,也是一种有效的治理工具。在政治实践中,党的精神谱系主要具有三个方面的政治功用:创造政治记忆,构建共同体;整合意识形态,规训成员和社会;提升动员效能,降低治理成本。新时代继承和发展党的精神谱系,要加强精神谱系的建设、传承和弘扬,体现新时代特色、彰显时代价值,不断创新精神谱系的传播方式,提升精神谱系传播的“框架效果”。
