摘要
针对目前水平井采用的裸眼封隔器投球滑套分段的压裂方式进行了分析,认为该种作业方式限制了水平井后期措施的作业。为此,提出了使用连续油管喷砂射孔环空压裂的作业方式,通过压裂管柱设计、裂缝参数优化、排量优化等实现了管柱定位坐封、射孔、压裂的操作,大大提高了现场作业的效率。该技术在临兴致密气区块6口水平井的现场作业证明了连续油管喷砂射孔环空压裂技术在该区块的可行性,为该区块的开发提供了新的技术手段。
Based on the analysis of the fracture mode of open-hole packer sliding sleeve which is used in horizontal wells,it is believed that this operation mode restricts the operation of horizontal wells in the later stage.Thus,the operation mode of using coiled tubing to drag fracturing was put forward.Through fracturing string design,fracture parameter optimization,and displacement optimization,the operation of positioning and setting,perforation,and fracturing of a single string was realized,which greatly improved the efficiency of field operation.The successful implementation of this new process in the six horizontal wells in the Linxing field illustrates that the coiled tubing jet perforation separated fracturing through annulus technology is applicable to tight gas reservoirs,providing a new and effective mean for the field.
