云南省农村地区发展策略探究

文章分析了云南省农村地区发展过程中存在的困难,提出了可以通过加大基础设施投入、完善农村地区基础设施建设,发展绿色产业把绿水青山转化为金山银山,培养新时代的新农民、提高农业人口素质,加强云南省城乡融合发展的制度保障建设等策略来有效促进云南省农村地区发展。

The article analyzes the difficulties in the development of rural areas in Yunnan Province,and proposes some countermeasures to effectively promote rural development.The above solutions include increasing infrastructure investment,improving infrastructure construction,developing green industries to transform clear waters and green mountains into mountains of gold and silver,training new farmers,improving the education level,and strengthening the system construction for the integration of urban and rural development in Yunnan Province.
