摘要
为了获得高性能、低噪音空调用轴流风机,提高前缘弯掠叶片在动力和空调用轴流风机中的应用。本文采用三维Navier-Stokes方程和K-e标准两方程模型,对顶吹式空调室用室外机轴流风机进行了数值分析,分析计算域内流场的压力与速度,初步揭示了风机内部区域界面流动特性与压力变化,为风扇系统提高流量、降低噪声提供依据。
In order to obtain high-performance,low-noise axial fans for air-conditioning,and improve the application of leading edge swept blades in axial fans for power and air-conditioners.In this paper,the three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equation and the K-εstandard two equation model were adopted to conduct numerical analysis on the axial flow fan of the outdoor unit used in the top-blowing air-conditioners,it analyzed the pressure and velocity of the flow field in the calculation domain,and initially revealed flow characteristics in the internal interface of the fan and pressure changes in order to provide a basis for the fan system in flow increase and noise reduction.
