提出采用流水线生产方式提高公司产品的生产能力。在前期调研基础上,对原产品生产过程进行流程分析和仿真研究,发现影响产品生产率的瓶颈工序,结合工业工程方法进行问题改善,对生产流水线进行技术设计,即设计流水线工序、设备、布局。接下来进行流水线组织设计,在有约束条件下,根据标准时间和考虑宽放时间,进行流水节拍和流水线负荷设计,计算每个工序的加工任务、间断次数、工作时间等,并绘制标准工作指示图表。进行流水线平衡,通过工时重组、工位合并等有效措施减少瓶颈工序和间断时间,提高流水线负荷,最后进行了流水线工作地重新分配,并合理安排工人。流水线技术的采用,提高企业生产率,缩短生产周期,使得企业快速响应市场需求。

This paper proposes the introduction of production line in order to increase the productive capacity of a company.On the basis of the preliminary investigation,the process analysis and simulation study of the original production process are carried out to find the bottleneck processes affecting product productivity,and the problems are improved by integrating industrial engineering methods.In addition,it conducts technical design for the production line including the design of the process,equipment and layout of the production line.Next,the organization structure design of the assembly line is carried out.Under constraint conditions,in accordance with the standard time and putting the allowance into consideration,the tempo and load of production line is calculated,including the calculation of processing plan,intermittence and working hours of each process,and drew out the standard work instruction chart.It perform production line balancing by means of restructured SAM,merged stations in order to effectively reduce the bottleneck process,intermittent time and improve the production line load.Eventually,the production line workplaces are redistributed,and the workers are arranged reasonably.The introduction of production line improves the productivity of the enterprise,shortens the production cycle enabling the enterprise to give quick response to market demand.
