双重危机下的俄罗斯沿太平洋区域政策探究

A study of Russian Policy in the Pacific Region under the Double Crisis

2010—2020这10年间俄罗斯沿太平洋区域政策的基本趋势是转向东方,“俄罗斯转向东方”的内涵与外延的具体内容与现实情况不断变化,俄罗斯政府在这种变化中为提振远东经济及发展与周边国家关系采取两种方式(合作方式与保护方式)。但世界形势的变化及国内各种因素的影响,使俄罗斯向东转向的过程中并未取得新的跃迁与发展。

Russia’s basic pollical trend along the Pacific area is turn to the East during 2010-2020.However,“Russia’s turn to the East”gets constantly changed in the specific content regarding connotation and denotation,as well as in the realistic condition.The changes aims to boost the economic development in the far east relations,resulting in the employment of two ways towards its neighboring countries(cooperation and protection).However,influenced by the change of the world situation and various domestic factors,Russia has not achieved new transition and development in the process of turning to the East.
