合肥高铁与城市公共空间协同发展研究

On Synergetic Development of High-Speed Railway and Urban Public Space in Hefei

从城市景观设计的角度出发,以合肥市为例研究高铁与城市公共空间协同发展机制。明确高铁与城市公共空间相关概念,确定研究对象的区域范畴,归纳国内外相关研究现状。深入分析合肥市高铁与城市公共空间协同发展的可行性及相关规划背景,为两者协同发展寻找理论依据和案例借鉴。梳理两者协同发展的不同层次和要素,提出“两步走”发展战略,以期为合肥市等广大二线城市高铁—城市一体化建设提供科学参考。

From the perspective of urban landscape design,this paper makes a case study on the cooperative development mechanism between high-speed rail and urban public space in Hefei.Firstly,this paper clarifies the concept of high-speed railway and urban public space,determines the regional category of research objects,and summarizes the relevant research status at home and abroad;secondly,this paper deeply analyzes the feasibility and relevant planning background of synergetic development of high-speed railway and urban public space in Hefei in order to find the theoretical basis and case reference for the collaborative development of the two;finally,the paper sorts out different levels and elements of their coordinated development,proposes the“two-step”development strategy,so as to provide scientific reference for the high-speed rail-urban integration construction in Hefei and other second-tier cities.
