摘要
金课建设通过课堂教学来实现,并通过课堂教学来检验。大学课堂教学评价应当转变为或扩展到以促进课程建设为目的,为建设金课服务。3×3×3大学课堂教学评价体系以金课建设为目的,由督导组、教师和学生三个评价主体,对教师、教学内容和学生三个评价对象,在课前、课中和课后三个环节进行评价,保证评价的有效性、客观性和全面性。同时,大学课堂教学评价还必须明确评价目的、重视师生的自我评价,并强化评价结果的反馈机制。
The construction of golden courses can be realized through classroom teaching and tested by classroom teaching.For serving the construction of golden courses,college teaching evaluation should be transformed into or extended to promoting the construction of the course.The teaching evaluation system of 3×3×3,aiming at the construction of golden courses,is composed of three evaluation subjects,namely,the supervision group,the teachers and the students,who respectively evaluate the three evaluation objects—teachers,teaching contents and students in the three teaching links—before,during and after class,so as to ensure the eff ectiveness,objectivity and comprehensiveness of the evaluation.At the same time,college teaching evaluation must clarify the evaluation purpose,pay attention to the self-evaluation of teachers and students,and strengthen the feedback mechanism of evaluation results.
