农用地整理潜力测算与分级研究——以延边朝鲜族自治州为例

摘要 以延边朝鲜族自治州(简称延边州)各乡镇为评价单元,运用多因素综合评价法、层次分析法(AHP)、系统聚类等方法建立综合评价模型.以ArcGIS10.2,SPSS19.0为平台,确定延边州各乡镇农用地整理潜力的大小及空间分布情况,分析了农用地整理潜力的影响因素.结果表明:延边州农用地整理潜力很大,可新增耕地面积117.77 km^(2),产能提高潜力达4.75×10^(8)kg.全州共分为4个潜力区域,其中,龙井市老头沟镇属于Ⅰ级潜力区,农用地整理数量潜力和质量潜力均为全州最大.延边州应根据测算结果有重点、分区域地提升耕地质量等级、优化耕地布局. This paper uses the township as the evaluation unit to analyze the influencing factors of agricultural land consolidation potential in Yanbian Prefecture,and uses the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model,AHP and system clustering to establish the comprehensive evaluation mathematical model.Using ArcGIS10.2 and SPSS19.0 as the platform to determine the size and spatial distribution of agricultural land consolidation potential in each township of Yanbian,and provide scientific basis for determining key areas for agricultural land consolidation and key projects in Yanbian.The results showed that the potential of agricultural land consolidation in Yanbian was very high,and the area of cultivated land was 117.77 km^(2),with the potential of 4.75×10^(8)kg.Yanbian was divided into four potential areas.Among them,the Longjing Laotougou belongs to the first grade potential region,agricultural land consolidation quantity potential and quality potential are the largest in the prefecture;Yanbian Prefecture should be based on the results of the measurement focus,sub-regional to improve the quality of arable land,optimize the layout of arable land.
