摘要
给予1例药物外渗致胫前皮肤坏死患者在抗感染、营养支持等全身综合治疗的基础上,局部创面采用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗,治疗41d后,创面完全愈合,愈后皮肤无明显瘢痕增生。
One patient with pretibial skin necrosis caused by drug extravasation was treated with dressing change of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment(MEBO)on the basis of systemic comprehensive treatments including infection control and nutritional support.After 41 days of treatment,the wound was completely healed,and the healed skin showed no obvious scar hyperplasia.
