烧伤创疡再生医疗技术在外阴色素减退性疾病中的应用研究

Application of MEBT/MEBO in the Treatment of Hypopigmentation Disorders of Vulva

目的研究探讨烧伤创疡再生医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)在外阴色素减退性疾病中的应用效果。方法给予2019年2月至2020年3月成都市郫都区人民医院收治的28例外阴色素减退性疾病患者术后或单纯采用烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果16例手术患者创面均完全愈合,愈合时间为(20.0±2.4)d;治疗结束后3个月,28例患者中临床治愈18例、有效10例,有效率为100%;治疗结束后6个月,28例患者中临床治愈19例、有效9例,有效率为100%。治疗期间及治疗后所有患者均无不良反应发生。结论烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗外阴色素减退性疾病,可显著改善外阴瘙痒等症状,恢复组织弹性,提高患者生活质量,且外涂药物无任何不良反应,安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Moist Exposed Burn Therapy/Moist Exposed Burn Ointment(MEBT/MEBO)in the treatment of hypopigmentation disorders of vulva.Methods 28 patients with hypopigmentation disorders of vulva,admitted into Pidu District People’s Hospital between February 2019 and March 2020,were treated with MEBT/MEBO only or after surgery to observe the efficacy.Results The wounds of 16 patients who underwent surgery were all completely healed,and the healing time was(20.0±2.4)d.Three months after treatment,of the 28 patients,18 cases were clinically cured and the other 10 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 100%.Six months after treatment,the total effective rate was also 100%with 19 cases cured and 9 cases effective.No adverse reactions were observed in all patients during the course of treatment and after treatment.Conclusion In the treatment of hypopigmentation disorders of vulva,MEBT/MEBO can significantly ameliorate symptoms such as vulva pruritus,restore tissue elasticity,and improve the quality of life of patients,without resulting in any adverse reactions as applied externally.
