表皮更替时间内乳突纹线高度与小犁沟间距变化规律研究

Intrinsic Variations of Mastoid Ridge Height and Small Furrow Spacing During Epidermal Replacement

目的研究手指指腹皮肤的新陈代谢对乳突纹线形态的影响,特别是表皮更替时间内乳突纹线高度与小犁沟间距变化规律。方法选取18~22岁之间男女青年各15人,在表皮更替时间内,通过连续1个月、每两天1次的超景深三维立体显微拍照,在镜下观察测量同一选定标记汗孔处乳突纹线高度和相邻小犁沟间距的变化情况,据此研究分析其变化规律。结果经测量,30名实验对象中,男性标记汗孔处乳突纹线高度和小犁沟间距分别在18.26~34.98μm和46.32~106.25μm范围内变化,女性分别在19.45~31.08μm和63.52~96.46μm范围内变化;男性和女性的拇指、食指和中指乳突纹线高度变化的平均值分别为21.38、31.10、27.64、25.69、29.61、26.07μm,小犁沟间距变化的平均值分别为94.69、65.76、73.76、87.43、68.07、68.60μm。结论表皮更替时间内,男性手指指腹乳突纹线平均高度和小犁沟平均间距显著大于女性;乳突纹线高度与小犁沟间距变化男、女性差异不大,食指乳突纹线高度变化的平均值大于拇指和中指,拇指小犁沟间距变化的平均值大于食指和中指。

Objective To probe into the effect of metabolizing finger pulp skin on the pattern of mastoid lines among which the focus is to pay especially on the changes of mastoid ridge height and small furrow spacing during epidermal replacement.Methods Each fifteen young subjects of men and women(aging 18-22)were selected,observed and measured of their individual changing mastoid ridge height and small furrow spacing at the same selected sweat pore under ultra-depth 3D stereomicroscope once every two days for a month so that the relevant intrinsic variations were to analyze.Results From the 30 subjects,male ones showed their mastoid ridge height and small furrow spacing varying respectively from 18.26μm to 34.98μm and from 46.32μm to 106.25μm at the selected sweat pore,contrasting to the females’being separately from 19.45μm to 31.08μm and from 63.52μm to 96.46μm.The average changes of male subjects’mastoid ridge height were 21.38μm,31.10μm and 27.64μm on the thumb,index and middle finger,with those of females’being 25.69μm,29.61μm and 26.07μm,respectively.For the average changes of small furrow spacing,male subjects demonstrated 94.69μm,65.76μm,73.76μm and females’87.43μm,68.07μm,68.60μm.Conclusions During the epidermal replacement,males appear some of their fingers’average mastoid ridge height and average small furrow spacing are larger than those of female’s,revealing no significant difference between males and females for either their mastoid ridge height or small furrow spacing.Yet,both males and females demonstrate their average change of index finger’s mastoid ridge height is larger than that of either the thumb’s or the middle finger’s,their average change of the thumb’s small furrow spacing bigger than that of the index finger’s or the middle finger’s.
