依托网格化治理的基层气象预警信息传播实践与思考

Practice and thinking of meteorological early warning information dissemination based on grid governance

网格化治理是发挥基层社会治理效能的重要手段,包含了基层社会管理方方面面的职能。文章分析了基层气象预警信息发布环节,总结了影响信息传播效果的因素,介绍了江宁气象部门在网格化气象预警信息发布传播的实践经验,提出了进一步深化依托全要素网格化治理体系开展气象灾害防御工作的建议。

Grid governance is an important approach to manage grass-root society efficiently.It includes the functions of grass-root social management in all aspects.By analysing of segments of meteorological early warning information publishing,this paper summarizes the factors affecting the effect of information dissemination and the practical experience of meteorological early warning information dissemination by grid governance in Jiangning meteorological department,and puts forward some suggestions on further deepening the meteorological disaster prevention work relying on the all factor grid governance system.
