摘要
某铜铁银多金属矿中铜、铁品位分别为1.34%、41.09%,并伴生有益组分银,综合回收价值较大。矿石中的铜矿物主要以黄铜矿、黝铜矿形式存在,铜矿物原生粒度细;铁矿物主要为菱铁矿,多呈致密块状集合体形式存在;伴生元素银多以硫化物和难溶矿物包裹银形式存在。基于矿石特性,综合回收试验采用“自然pH值下浮选铜—铜尾矿中性焙烧—弱磁选铁”的工艺流程,创新性地以Mac-12与叔十二硫醇作为铜浮选组合捕收剂,实现了矿石中铜矿物及铁矿物的有效回收;同时矿石中伴生银矿物也得到了有效富集,综合回收指标优异。
The copper and iron grades in a copper-iron-silver polymetallic ore are 1.34%and 41.09%,respectively,accompanied by silver,which is of great comprehensive recovery value.Copper minerals in ore mainly exist in the form of chalcopyrite and tetrahedrite,and the primary particle size of copper minerals is fine.The iron mineral is mainly siderite,which mostly exists in the form of dense massive aggregates.The associated element silver mostly exists in the form of sulfide and insoluble minerals wrapped with silver.Based on the characteristics of ore,the comprehensive recovery test adopts the technological process of“natural pH value flotation of copper-neutral roasting of copper tailings-low intensity magnetic separation of iron”,and innovatively uses Mac-12 and t-dodecyl mercaptan as combined collectors for copper flotation,realizing the effective recovery of copper minerals and iron minerals in ore.At the same time,the associated silver minerals in the ore are also effectively enriched,and the comprehensive recovery index is excellent.
