胰腺囊性淋巴管瘤1例

Cystic pancreatic lymphangioma:Report of one case

目的:探讨胰腺囊性淋巴管瘤的影像、病理、临床特征以及诊断方法和治疗方案。方法:回顾性分析1例胰腺囊性淋巴管瘤患者的临床资料,检索并查阅相关文献。结果:患者通过手术治疗,瘤体被完整切除,术后恢复良好,随访6个月未复发。结论:胰腺囊性淋巴管瘤临床上十分罕见,术前确诊较为困难,往往需要术后病理才能确诊,手术治疗效果良好。

Objective:To investigate the imaging,pathology and clinical features as well as diagnostic methods and treatment plans for cystic pancreatic lymphangioma.Methods:Clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in one cases of cystic pancreatic lymphangioma,and literatures related to this neoplasm were retrieved and reviewed.Results:The patient was treated with surgery,and the tumor was completely removed.Postoperative recovery was good,without relapse in half a year of follow-up.Conclusion:Cystic pancreatic lymphangioma is very rare in clinic,and difficult to diagnose before surgery.Diagnosis of it primarily relies on postoperative pathology,and surgical resection can be effective.
