摘要
职业院校技能大赛是提高学生动手能力、培养应用型人才的重要抓手。在对职业院校技能大赛发展历程及其对校企合作、教育改革、人才培养的机理作用分析基础上,重点探析了提升职业院校技能大赛效能的策略,即通过合理引导、完善机制、成果转换、分型培养等方式提升职业院校技能大赛水平,旨在为职业院校教育教学改革提供一定的参考建议。
Vocational college skill competition is an important starting point to improve students'practical ability and cultivate applied talents.Based on the analysis of the development process of skill competition in vocational colleges and its mechanism and role in school-enterprise cooperation,education reform and talent training,this paper focuses on the strategies to improve the efficiency of skill competition in vocational colleges,that is,to improve the level of skill competition in vocational colleges by means of reasonable guidance,improvement of mechanism,achievement transformation and type training,The purpose is to provide some reference suggestions for the education and teaching reform of vocational colleges.
