摘要
高职院校现行的辅导员负责班级管理模式,存在任课教师角色定位模糊、传道功能式微、教师共生关系失谐等弊端,割裂了教书与育人之间的有机联系,教师协同育人功能没有得到充分发挥。课程思政背景下,实施高职院校班级管理整体负责制,构建“三全”育人格局,已成为新时代高职院校班级管理的新趋势。从理论角度来看,马克思主义普遍联系观点和系统论是指导高职院校班级管理整体负责制的普适理论,认知差异理论和多元智能理论是推行高职院校班级管理整体负责制的客观要求,人类命运共同体理念是指导高职院校班级管理整体负责制的现实依据,课程思政理念是落实高职院校班级管理整体负责制的行动指南。从实践角度来看,高职院校要牢记育人初心,汇聚教育合力,改革思政教学,拓展育人渠道,加强文化建设,构建全员参与、全方位影响、全过程贯穿的文化育人的教育生态,实现知识传授与价值引领有机融合,为中国特色社会主义事业培养德智体美劳全面发展的建设者和接班人。
The current mode of class management in the charge of counsellor in higher vocational colleges has many disadvantages such as ambiguous role positioning of teachers,declining function of professional teaching,and disharmony of teachers and students'symbiotic relationship,which has separated the organic link between teaching and education,and the teacher's function of cooperative education has not been fully played.Under the background of curriculum ideology and politics education,it has become a new trend of class management in higher vocational colleges to carry out the overall responsibility system of class management and construct the pattern of"three-all"education.From the theoretical point of view,Marxism's universal connection view,system theory,cognitive difference theory,multiple intelligence theory and human community theory provide universal theory,practical basis and action guide for higher vocational colleges to implement the overall responsibility system of class management.From the practical point of view,higher vocational colleges should remember the original intention of education,gather educational resultant force,reform ideology and politics education,expand educational channels,strengthen cultural construction,build full participation,comprehensive influence and the whole process education ecology,realize the organic integration of the value guidance and knowledge,and cultivate builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
