摘要
山东省Z市是我国较早的农村社区教育实验区之一。采用问卷调查法和访谈法对其农村社区教育的现实情况进行实地调查,发现该地域的农村社区教育在居民参与、资源配置、课程设置、师资建设、经费投入以及组织管理等方面均存在一定的问题。以山东省Z市为个案,在深入分析乡村振兴战略的基础上,结合农村社区教育的特点,从六个方面对我国农村社区教育的发展提出了应对策略:加强政府重视程度,鼓励多方积极参与;强化基础设施配置,实现资源整体规划;丰富教育课程种类,强化课程开发意识;扩充教师来源渠道,加强师资队伍建设;拓宽经费来源渠道,完善经费管理机制;倡导参与主体多元,优化组织管理模式。
Z City in Shandong Province is one of the earlier experimental areas of rural community education in China.Using the methods of questionnaire and interview,this paper makes a field survey on the reality of rural community education,and finds that there are some problems in residents'participation,resource allocation,curriculum,teacher construction,fund investment and organization management.Taking Z city of Shandong Province as an example,based on the in-depth analysis of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and combined with the characteristics of rural community education,this paper puts forward countermeasures for the development of rural community education in China from six aspects:strengthening the attention of the government and encouraging multi-party active participation;strengthening the allocation of infrastructure and realizing the overall planning of resources;enriching the types of educational courses and strengthening the consciousness of curriculum development;expanding the sources of teachers and strengthening the construction of teachers;broadening the sources of funds and improving the fund management mechanism;advocating multiple participants and optimizing the organization and management mode.
