摘要
近年来国家密集出台了一系列政策,对职业教育教学质量提出了高要求。实践证明,“做学教合一”教学模式契合职业教育的教育教学规律,也符合国家“三教改革”的方向。因此,在分析“做学教合一”教学模式的历史演进、实施动因的基础上,提出了技术导向型教师的培养、校企共建式教材的编撰和理实一体化教法的创新是实施“做学教合一”教学模式的基本策略,也体现了“三教改革”的精髓。
In recent years,the state has intensively issued a series of policies,which put forward high requirements for the teaching quality of vocational education.Practice has proved that the"integration of doing,learning and teaching"teaching model is in line with the education and teaching law of vocational education and the direction of the national"three education reform".Therefore,based on the analysis of the historical evolution and implementation motivation of the teaching mode of"integration of doing,learning and teaching",this paper puts forward that the training of technology-oriented teachers,the compilation of school-enterprise joint developed teaching materials and the innovation of the teaching method of the integration of theory and practice are the basic strategies for the implementation of the teaching mode of"integration of doing,learning and teaching",which also embodies the essence of the"three education reform".
