对笔套安全标准的演变、我国笔套安全标准的实施进行了回顾,陈述了历次版本笔套安全标准技术内容的主要变化。提出了安全笔套设计时需要遵循的几个要点,以及设计过程中针对不同通气方式的通气面积计算,确定了面积计算系数,使设计师在设计时具有可操作性,并总结给出了安全笔套设计流程。解读了笔套通气面积的设计指南,并提出了非完全内部通气方式检测软管的选择和安全笔套制造中质量控制的注意事项。最后总结了安全笔套检测的流程,供标准使用者参考。

This paper reviews the evolution of the safety standard for pen cap and the implementation of the safety standard for pen cap in China,and states the main changes of the technical contents of the previous versions of the safety standard for pen cap.This paper puts forward several key points that should be followed in the design of safety pen cap,and determines the area calculation coefficient according to the ventilation area calculation of different ventilation modes in the design process,so that the designer can operate in the design,and summarizes the design process of safety pen cap.This paper interprets the design guidelines of the ventilation area of the pen cap,and puts forward the matters needing attention for the selection of the detection hose for the incomplete internal ventilation mode and the matters needing attention for the quality control in the manufacture of the safe pen cap.Finally,the process of safety pen cap detection is summarized for reference of standard users.
