摘要
通过静态吸附法考察了聚酰胺、大孔吸附树脂(HPD-100)、大孔吸附树脂(HP-20)对南酸枣叶总黄酮的吸附作用。结果表明,聚酰胺的吸附及解析效果最优,其静态吸附量可达8.22 mg/g。聚酰胺对南酸枣叶黄酮的吸附率和解析率可达66.20%和86.23%,可用于南酸枣叶黄酮的富集纯化。经聚酰胺纯化后,南酸枣叶总黄酮含量从4.57%提高到32.5%。南酸枣叶纯化黄酮有较强的抗氧化活性,在一定范围内呈浓度依赖关系。在浓度为0.12 mg/mL时,对DPPH的清除能力达92.52%;浓度为0.6 mg/mL时,Fe^(3+)还原力达94.23%。
The adsorption effect of polyamide,macroporous adsorbent (HPD-100) and macroporous adsorbent (HP-20) on the total flavonoids of Choerospondias axillaris leaves was investigated by static adsorption method.Results showed that the adsorption rate and resolution rate of polyamide to the flavonoids of Choerospondias axillaris leaves can reach 66.20% and 86.23%,respectively.Polyamide can be used for the purification of flavonoids.The content of total flavonoid from Choerospondias axillaris leaves increased from 4.57% to 32.5% with purification of polyamide.The purified flavonoids exhibit strong antioxidant activity and are concentration-dependent within a certain range.The scavenging ability of DPPH and reducing power of Fe^(3+) reached 92.52% and 94.23% with purified flavonoids concentration of 0.12 mg/mL and 0.6 mg/mL,respectively.
