纳米二氧化钛对安赛蜜的吸附与降解研究 被引量:1

Adsorption and Degradation of Acesulfame by Titanium Dioxide Nanoparticles

摘要 纳米二氧化钛(TiO_(2))与安赛蜜是应用广泛的食品添加剂。通过改变纳米TiO_(2)和安赛蜜的浓度、作用时间、pH值和温度,探究不同条件下纳米TiO_(2)对安赛蜜的吸附作用。结果表明,在酸性条件下,纳米TiO_(2)表面带负电;pH2时吸附最多,1 g纳米TiO_(2)吸附4.6 mg安赛蜜;35 ℃及以上有利于吸附,吸附时间在3 h内完成;在紫外照射或加入过氧化氢的条件下,安赛蜜被降解为极性大于安赛蜜的产物。 Nano titanium dioxide (TiO_(2)) and acesulfame are widely used as food additives.The adsorption of Nano-TiO_(2) on acesulfame under different conditions was explored by changing the concentration,reaction time,pH,and temperature of nano-TiO_(2) and acesulfame.The results showed as follows:under acidic condition,the surface of nano-TiO_(2) was negatively charged.At pH 2,4.6 mg acesulfame was adsorbed per gram of nano-TiO_(2).35 ℃ and above is favorable for adsorption,and the adsorption time was within 3 h.Under the condition of ultraviolet irradiation or hydrogen peroxide,acesulfame was degraded to a product with polarity greater than acesulfame.
