共振光散射法测定大豆制品中铜含量 被引量:3

Determination of Copper Content in Soybean Products by Resonance Light Scattering Method

摘要 采用微波消解处理样品,研究铜(Ⅱ)与1,10-菲啰啉(phen)和灿烂黄(BY)发生的配位显色反应。通过实验优化测定条件,建立一种新的共振光散射法(RLS)测定大豆制品中铜含量的方法。结果表明,生成的配合物Cu(phen)BY最大共振光散射峰位于606.3 nm,此波长下测定共振光散射强度,共振光散射强度增大值与铜(Ⅱ)质量浓度在0~60 μg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.1 μg/L。新建方法用于测定大豆制品中铜含量,结果与原子吸收光谱法无显著性差异,相对标准偏差为1.33%~2.04%(n=5),加标回收率为98.4%~102.2%。该方法为大豆制品的质量控制提供实验依据。 The samples were treated by microwave digestion,and the coordination color reaction of copper (II) with 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) and brilliant yellow (BY) was studied.A new resonance light scattering method (RLS) was established to determine copper content in soybean products by optimizing the determination conditions.The results showed that the maximum RLS peak of the complex Cu (phen) BY was at 606.3 nm,and the RLS intensity was measured at this wavelength.A good linear relationship was obtained between the increasing RLS intensity and copper (II) mass concentration in the range of 0~60 μg/L,and the detection limit was 0.1 μg/L.The new method had been applied to determine the copper content in soybean products,and there was no significant difference between the results of this method and atomic absorption spectrometry.The standard deviation was 1.33%~2.04% (n=5),and the recovery rate of standard addition was 98.4%~102.2%.This method provided an experimental basis for the quality control of soybean products.
