丙泊酚联合利多卡因在无痛胃肠镜麻醉中的应用

Application of propofol combined with lidocaine in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy anesthesia

目的探讨丙泊酚联合利多卡因在无痛胃肠镜麻醉中的应用。方法选取该院2018年3月至2020年3月收治的拟进行无痛胃肠镜检查的患者120例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各60例。对照组应用丙泊酚麻醉,研究组应用丙泊酚联合利多卡因麻醉。比较两组的不良反应发生率,以及静脉麻醉时、无痛胃肠镜置入时、无痛胃肠镜检查第5分钟的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)水平。结果研究组不良反应发生率为10.0%,低于对照组的41.7%(P<0.05)。研究组无痛胃肠镜置入时及无痛胃肠镜检查第5分钟的SBP、DBP、HR水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在无痛胃肠镜检查中,应用丙泊酚联合利多卡因麻醉可明显降低患者的不良反应发生率及应激反应水平,安全性高,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the application of propofol combined with lidocaine in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy anesthesia.Methods A total of 120 patients who was going to have painless gastrointestinal endoscopy admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into study group and control group using random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized with propofol,and the study group was anesthetized with propofol combined with lidocaine.The incidence of adverse reactions and the changes of systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and heart rate(HR)during intravenous anesthesia,painless gastrointestinal endoscopy entered and the fifth minute of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy examination were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was 10.0%,lower than 41.7%in control group(P<0.05).The levels of SBP,DBP and HR in study group at painless gastrointestinal endoscopy entered and the fifth minute of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy examination were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In painless gastrointestinal endoscopy examination,the application of propofol combined with lidocaine anesthesia can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and the level of stress reaction.It has high safety and clinical extension value.
